Commercial Sized Equipment for Commercial Properties

When it comes to commercial properties it is important to use large equipment. There are many items that can be used interchangeably between a home and a large building when it comes to drying. However, the large 5000 Cubic Feet Per Minute (CFM) Desiccant is the pride of a commercial flood damage.

Air movers are still placed throughout the building to help with evaporation, but eventually there will be too much moisture in the air for little dehumidifiers to keep up. In order to keep the air hot and dry we use the 5000 CFM Desiccant. It has an intake that removes the humid air and releases hot dry air back into the building. With a rate of 5000 CFM the wet materials will dry out faster and for less cost than having 50 dehumidifiers inside.
