Carey Stegar walked into her living room one Sunday afternoon to find water pouring from the floor above. Her husband was out of town and she was home alone, so she ran upstairs while on the phone with her husband to find the source. As it turns out, the hot water heater in the attic had burst. 

Carey did the right thing and immediately turned the water off and called SERVPRO of Bradley County. We sent a crew to her home an hour later and started mitigating the water damage. 

Because she knew where her water shut off was and she called us when she did, the damage was minimal and could have been much worse. We sat down with Carey a few weeks ago as she walked us through that day. You can watch her full testimonial here.
