Little Office Water Damage

A small water damage had resulted in the offices of this University in Bradley County. The water came in from the hall bathroom where a supply line had malfunctioned causing all the damage. Fitting air movers in this little office was difficult but we were able to find a way.

Because the facility manager called us quickly we were able to save all the carpet and cabinets from being beyond mitigation. The cabinets are not made from real wood but from particle board. Particle board swells when wet for too long losing its structure. They would have needed to be replaced had they swollen but they did not thanks to a quick response by the facility manager and our offices.
